Time To REALLY Open Up Our Eyes

Good Morning to all ..

I have spent the last few days tying to think of what I will write about next , my life long dream was to become a writer, last night I decided it was time to just find my dream .

Keep in mind my old collage professor said I belong in Journalism , but my punctuation sux , so please forgive me !

And yes this has everything to do with this title....

Sometimes it takes a writer to open up the eyes of the world.

I am a single mother of 3 , been laid off since Augest , well, just so ya know an Independant driver does not get un- employment , ( I had a job for the rest of my life ! but the Economy went south ( GAS PRICES WENT NORTH )

Dave went out of business .. ( well fax machines& email did not help either )
I worked for a very ,very good man , he spent his life building up his dream and his business, ( sacrificed his time with his children for his business ) he was in awe when I came to work for him on my middle sons 5 th birthday , he even offered to let me start the next day to be home with my kids.

The first thing he said to me , my first requierment for working for him was

" YOUR FAMILY IS FIRST , YOU ARE SECOND & PRIME TIME DELIVERY AND DAVE IS THIRD "

What he ment was NO job should be your life !

HOWEVER , in the last 20 yrs most employers have had the attitude that if you do not put your job first you have no job tomorrow .

re: GOD forbid your kid gets sick , has a day off and you need to stay home !

In the last 25 yrs , we have automated everything , from the car makers
( they were the first who gave our jobs to machines )

To the silly phone survey / telemarketers
( mostly housewives , students $ retirees )
very large percentage of them went to phone automation and where ????

INDIA AND CHINA !

OUTSOURCED ...Cost effective.....for Who ?

It took many MANY , MANY jobs out of this country..

SHH..... THE MONEY WENT TOO !

( for all the brilliant highly educated idiots ).


WHO DID IT REALLY HELP ?

( Even the CEO`S are NOW without a job )

HALF THE COMPANIES THAT WENT TO OUT SOURCING ARE NOW GOING BROKE & OUT OF BUSINESS ...

WHY ????

CUS` WE ...US AMERICANS HAVE NO JOBS ...

WE PAY THREW THE NOSE FOR EVERYTHING !

HOUSE,
CARS,
INSURANCE,
MEDICINE,
BREAD,
MILK,
ECT...ECT...ECT....

INTURN BECAUSE OF IT .....

WE HAVE NO MONEY !

FOR ALL THE BRILLIANT FOLKS THERE IS NO MONEY TO BUY YOUR PRODUCTS ANY MORE !

AS IT DID TOOK THE EXTRA MONEY HOUSEWIVES...STUDENTS....AND RETIREES HAD TO PUT INTO THE BANKS !

IT TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF THIS COUNTRY !

YA SEE HOW ANY OF THIS MIGHT HAVE EFFECTED THIS COUNTRY ?

Are ya getting the bigger picture ???

O.K Let`s just say ..
Mary`s husband works in the city

( 75- 100 BUCKS A WEEK FOR GAS, 500 A MONTH FOR THE CAR PAYMENT , 150 A MONTH FOR INSURANCE )

That over 800 a month just to go to work ?

THAT IS ONE WEEKS PAY CHECK & FOR SOME ITS 2 WEEKS !

Bill brings in just enough to cover the bills / mortgage .

Mary has a part time job doing telemarketing , she make an extra 250- 300 a week, now Mary & Bill have a extra couple hundred a month to put money in the bank ...

( Whoops after 5 yrs ...that company just gave away Mary`s job to India )

Now times that by ( we will go light ) 50 million families doing the same !

Ya see where we screwed up ?

Ya see how much money we just fricking gave away ?

OHHHH , BUT I FORGOT ...Its is the people who could not afford their mortgage payment who screwed up this country and sent the banks into bankruptcy ...

NOT !!

NOT EVEN CLOSE !

ITS WHY THE TITLE TO THIS IS ....

ITS TIME TO REALLY OPEN UP OUR EYES !
